In accordance with current regulations, and particularly in compliance with both Italian Legislative Decree of the 30th June 2003, no. 196 and European Regulations 679/2016 article no.13 (“GDPR”) on protection of personal data, MDG S.r.l. (VAT Number: 13232841000, Registration Number REA RM- 1431349, fully paid-up share capital amounts to EUR 10.000,00, “the Company” below ), with registered office in Rome (00188), via Cornovecchio 34, it informs the Customer that as indicated in this document is applied whenever the Customer accesses and visits the website https://lacouverture.aero(see “the Website”). Therefore, the Customer will have to read carefully this document, since it contains key information about the processing of own personal data and about the security measures adopted by the Company on the Website. The Customer may contact the Company to get further information or to exercise his/her rights, included the cancellation or the correction of his/her data, to the e-mail address support@lacouverture.aero or through written request sent to the Company’s registered office, which will reply promptly. The processing of Customer’s personal data is carried out also by electronic means, it is based on protection of confidentiality, of personal identity and of the Customer’s rights and in full observance of the following principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency: processing personal data for the aforementioned purposes and in accordance with these methods; using the above-mentioned data for further purposes than those specified at the time of collection, only where the Customer has expressed his/her prior express consent to such use; not disclosing, selling or transferring such information to third parties for purposes exclusive to the third party, unless the Customer has received prior warning and has granted his/her prior express consent, without prejudice to any measures necessary for the provision of the service; noticing promptly the Customer’s requests of cancellation, integration or modification of his/her own personal data, as regards the commercial and advertising information too; using adequate security measures to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data given by the Customer.

Pursuant to art.13 of Italian Legislative Decree of the 30th June 2003, no. 196 and European Regulations 679/2016 article no.13 (“GDPR”), the Company provides the Customer with the following information.

THE DATA CONTROLLER of the personal data, concerning identified or identifiable individuals, following visiting the Website, it is the Company itself, MDG S.r.l. a socio unico, with registered office in Rome (00188), Via Cornovecchio 34. The personal data are processed for promotional, advertising purposes or for purposes of commercial communication, only after obtaining the prior Customer’s express consent, given clicking from time to time on the box on the Website, with regard to the different pieces of information required. Anyway, the Company informs the Customer that, pursuant to Article 130, fourth paragraph, of Italian Legislative Decree of the 30th June 2003, no.196 and European Regulations 679/2016 article no.13 (“GDPR”), it may use, for direct selling activities involving products similar to those that have already been purchased by the Customer and without asking him/her the prior consent, his/her e-mail address, already given by the Customer, unless he/she has refused or refuses to allow such use. The personal data given by the Customer will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, except for what is strictly necessary for fulfilling the services required by the Customer or when such communication is mandatory by law or even when the person’s consent is not required by law. The processing of personal data, which can identify the Customer, even indirectly, is carried out only if it is strictly necessary to supply the services indicated on the Website.

PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING:The personal data which have been given by the Customer or which will be from time to time given to the Company are used only to carry out the services indicated on the Website as well as for the Company to fulfil its obligations, required by law. Moreover, the personal data are processed for promotional, advertising purposes or for purposes of commercial communication, only after obtaining the prior Customer’s express consent, given clicking from time to time on the box on the Website, with regard to the different pieces of information required. The processing of personal data, which can identify the Customer, even indirectly, is carried out only if it is strictly necessary to supply the services indicated on the Website. The Company informs the Customer that it may rely on third parties specifically selected, even with regard to security, and appointed as supervisors of the processing for the management and maintenance of the Website contents and of the Customer’s personal data. Contacting the Company at the e-mail address support@lacouverture.aero it will be possible to view the updated list of Supervisors. In any case, the Customer’s personal data may be communicated to the Company’s employees and collaborators in charge of carrying out the different services indicated on the Website. At the moment, the supervisors as regards the data processing is Mr. Del Giudice Marco. The conferring of the Customer’s personal data to the Company is optional, but it can be necessary to pursue the processing purposes, as identified above. In any case, the conferring of optional data allows the Company to improve Customer service who, giving the above-mentioned data, may also take advantage of some favourable conditions, if necessary and when contemplated.

METHODS OF PROCESSING- SECURITY MEASURES: The Customer’s personal data are processed using automatic informatics tools and collected mainly through electronic and computer devices by the Company for the time needed to carry out the services and to manage the purchase order of the Products, ordered by the Customer. The Website is set in such a way as to plan to use the Customer’s personal data only if necessary to carry out the services required by the Customer.

The Company adopts specific and adequate security measures aiming at preventing, or reducing the risk of losing, destroying or of disclosing, even by accident, the data and the unlawful, incorrect or illicit use of them, as well as any unauthorized access or processing that is not in compliance with the purposes indicated in this document.

CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS: The Company informs the Customer that, pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree of the 30th June 2003, no. 196 and European Regulations 679/2016 article no.13 (“GDPR”), the Customer may exercise the following rights.

1. The subject has the right to receive confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning himself/herself, even if not yet registered and their intelligible communication.

2. The subject has the right to obtain the indication of the source of personal data; of the purposes and methods of processing; of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic tools; of the identification details of the data controller, of the supervisors and of the appointed representative; the names of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can get to know them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, or as supervisors.

3. The subject is also entitled to obtain: the updating, correction and integration of the data, when he/she is interested in; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data, which have been processed in breach of the law, including those that do not need to be retained with regard to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b), as well as their content, have been brought to the attention to those to whom the data have been communicated or divulged, except for the case in which such fulfilment is proved to be impossible to achieve or it requires the use of means clearly out of proportion to the right being protected.

4. The subject is entitled to oppose, fully or partially: a) for legitimate reasons, against the processing of personal data regarding him/her, even if they are pertinent to the collection purpose; b) against the processing of personal data regarding him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or for direct sales or to carry out market surveys or for commercial communication.

COOKIE POLICY: The Company may use cookies, that is automatic data collection systems, even if they have not been directly given by the Customer, or rather text strings that store the Customer’s choices, in order to make the analysis of data traffic more efficient.
